We welcome advert submissions from wgŠÊ˜·³Ç members and non-members who are advertising job openings (full-time, part-time, locum, self-employed, etc), second-hand items for sale (benches, clinic equipment, etc), clinics for sale/rent, or consulting rooms for rent.

Online: Classified ads are viewable to the public and are listed for three months. Up to five images can be included in your advert.

In Touch: Classified ads can also feature within our electronic member newsletter, which is generally sent weekly to wgŠÊ˜·³Ç members and are also listed for three months.

Contact Magazine: To place an ad in Contact magazine, email us here.

1. If you are a wgŠÊ˜·³Ç member or a non-member who has advertised with us previously and has a log in - please log in to the ‘Login to create an ad’ section above.
2. If you’re not a member and haven’t advertised with us before, you can select the ‘Create as Guest’ option above.
3. Once logged in, you’ll see the option to ‘create new advert’ in the ‘Manage your classified adverts’ area. Simply complete the online form and pay the required amount.
4. Add up to five pictures to make your advert stand out from the rest (online ads only). The images should be 600 x 400 pixels in .gif .jpg .jpeg or .png format. The system will use a general, default, image if you don’t upload your own.
5. The system will automatically calculate the fee and allows you to pay securely by credit or debit card. (See our rate card above.)
6. Once your advert has been submitted, we will review it before publishing it on our website and including it in the newsletter (if you have selected that option). 
    

All of your current and previous adverts will appear in the ‘Manage your classified adverts’ section once you log in. Previously posted adverts will appear on this page showing their current status (unpublished, published, in review etc). If the advert has already been published, please contact us with the required changes.

If placing a new ad, you can take a duplicate of a previous ad to make developing a new one quicker. Click on the three vertical ‘dots’ to the right of the advert listing and choose ‘duplicate’. You can also delete any unwanted adverts in the same way.

Any classified adverts to appear in our In Touch newsletter will be processed for the next edition according to copy submission cut-off dates.

The wgŠÊ˜·³Ç reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertising submitted and, in this eventuality, a full refund of charges will be made.

Advertising here is suited to job openings, second-hand items for sale, clinics for sale/rent, or consulting rooms for rent. The wgŠÊ˜·³Ç reserves the right not to accept advertising outside of these categories. If you need guidance on our advertising options, please contact us.

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that their advert follows current legislation on advertising standards, equality and diversity and, as applicable, is in line with the GCC Code of Practice and Standards of Proficiency.

We advise advertisers (particularly those selling items) to be careful about what information to divulge regarding a sale until you are certain you are dealing with a genuine buyer. We also advise that you only accept trackable forms of payment, e.g. PayPal, BACS, and credit card.
