  • What are the dates for the conference?

    The conference will take place over two days:

    Friday 14th November 2025: Afternoon conference sessions (no lunch provided) and an optional networking drinks reception in the evening.

    Saturday 15th November 2025: A full day of conference sessions, including the wgŠÊ˜·³Ç Excellence Awards gala dinner in the evening.

    The venue is the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor, a stunning location offering excellent facilities and easy access from major hubs.

  • What can I expect from the conference agenda?

    Our 2025 conference will feature:

    A diverse lineup of sessions, including expert led talks, interactive workshops, and focus group discussions.

    A keynote address to close the day on Friday and kick off the day on Saturday morning, as well as the prestigious 'President's Lecture' closing the conference on Saturday.

    Networking opportunities, including a Friday evening drinks reception and the Saturday gala dinner. We encourage delegates to organise or engage with any pre-arranged social activities on Sunday 16th November to make th emost of their conference weekend.

    Exhibitions showcasing the latest innovations, products and services in chiropractic care.

  • How do I register for the conference?

    Registration, including ticket options and pricing will be available via the wgŠÊ˜·³Ç website. You'll receive confirmation via email once you've completed your booking.

  • What is included in the ticket price?

    Tickets include access to all conference sessions on the day(s) and/or evening(s) you register for, refreshments, and networking opportunities. If you wish to attend the whole conference across the two days, please purchase the 'Access to all' ticket.

  • Are there group discounts for practices or institutions?

    We welcome group registrations and may offer discounts for groups of 10 or more delegates from the same practice. Please contact us directly for more details.

  • Can I attend for just one day?

    Yes, single-day tickets are available for both Friday and Saturday. However, we encourage delegates to attend both days to get the most out of the conference experience.

  • Is accommodation included in my ticket?

    Accommodation is not included (unless explicitly stated), but discounted rates will be available at the De Vere Beaumont Estate for delegates. 

    There are several bedrooms allocated at De Vere Beaumont Estate for wgŠÊ˜·³Ç conference delegates at a preferential rate. These rooms will be released for general sale at the end of July 2025 so please book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

    Getting to De Vere Beaumont Estate is straightforward, making it a convenient destination for delegates traveling both locally and internationally. Located in the charming town of Old Windsor, this stunning venue is just a short distance from major transport hubs and iconic landmarks.

    By Air

    For international delegates, Heathrow Airport is only a 15-minute drive away, offering seamless connections to and from global destinations. From the airport, a quick taxi ride will take you directly to the estate.

    By Train

    The estate is well-served by Windsor & Eton Central and Windsor & Eton Riverside train stations, both offering regular services to and from London. From central London, the journey takes just 30-50 minutes, followed by a brief taxi ride to the venue.

    Egham train station is the best option for taxis waiting.  

    By Car

    If you’re driving, De Vere Beaumont Estate is easily accessible from the M25, M4, and M3 motorways. Complimentary on-site parking ensures a hassle-free arrival. Use the postcode SL4 2JJ in your sat nav.

  • When should I arrive at the venue?

    Registration opens for Chiro Live 2025 at 12:00 on Friday 14th November and 08:00 on Saturday 15th November. Please ensure that you are registered and seated for a 13:00 start on Friday 14th November and  a 09:00 on Saturday 15th November. Please allow yourself sufficient travel and registration time. The venue has a free carpark on-site and arrival refreshments shall be served each day. We have a lot to cover this year, and an intricate agenda so please assist us in ensuring that we run on time, and you do not miss out on any of the fantastic content we have to share.

  • What is the Friday evening networking reception?

    The optional networking drinks reception on Friday evening (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM) offers a relaxed environment to connect with colleagues. Enjoy a glass of bubbles, delicious canapés, and live acoustic music. This activity is an additional fee.

  • What is the wgŠÊ˜·³Ç Excellence Awards gala dinner?

    The gala on Saturday night is a celebratory event recognising outstanding achievements in the chiropractic profession. Enjoy a three-course meal, entertainment, and networking opportunities in a formal yet fun setting.

  • Can I present my research at the conference?

    Yes! We encourage all practitioners and students to submit abstracts for poster presentations. Posters will be displayed on Saturday, and prizes will be awarded for the best student and practitioner submissions. Find further information on abstract submissions on the event page.

  • Will CPD certificates be provided?

    Yes, attendees will receive CPD certificates after the event, detailing the sessions attended.

  • Can you cater to my dietary requirements and/or access needs?

    Please make the team aware at the time of booking of any dietary or accessibility needs you have so that we can work with the venue to accommodate you and ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable conference experience.

    All dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances and special diets need to be specified at time of booking. Any amends to dietary requirements need to be made as soon as possible to conferences@chiropractic-uk.co.uk. Any dietary requirements not specified in advanced cannot be guaranteed.

  • What should I wear to the conference and gala dinner?

    Conference: Smart casual. Please be aware that some optional activities in the conference schedule may require movement (i.e lying down) and therefore we encourage you to dress with this and your comfort in mind.

    Gala dinner: Formal/black tie attire encouraged.
